SETTING THE SAG
The 2025 KTM 390 Enduro R features tool-free suspension setup at both ends. The rear includes KTM's proven PDS (Progressive Damping System) with hand-adjustable dual compression controls for high- and low-speed settings. Up front, the WP fork offers hand-adjustable clickers on both the bottom fork shoe and the top cap, making on-the-fly adjustments quick and simple.
DEEP BREATH
The airbox is optimized for maximum airflow and water resistance. Strategically placed inlet ducts prevent deformation, while an integrated splash protector keeps mud and water from the rear wheel out. The Twin Air filter system includes a secure, foolproof mounting design, and requires no tools for removal or maintenance—perfect for quick trail-side service.
FULLY FUELED
The transparent polythene (XPE) fuel tank not only provides excellent visibility of fuel level, but also features a one-piece fuel pump and integrated filter. An updated tank roll better secures the tank and adds protection to the frame from scrubbing during aggressive riding.
SWITCH IT UP
New handlebar switchgear on the 2025 KTM 390 Enduro R improves usability. On the right, a compact start/stop switch offers a cleaner interface. On the left, an optional Map Select switch allows riders to toggle between Map 1 (standard) and Map 2 (aggressive) engine response modes.
